At this time we only offer returns in the form of store credit on unworn jewelry, 30 days after delivery. Product must be in original packaging. Customer is required to pay shipping fees. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item becomes damaged within 30 days of delivery, you can send it back and we will have it repaired, on us. We are not responsible for any shipping costs regarding the repairs or replacements. In order to process a repair or replacement we need the receipt or your order confirmation and a photo of the damaged good.
